    It's perfect- size, colour, craftsmanship quality, and to be honest I had no idea what Biothene even was but I love the feel, strength and flexibility, and the almost rubbery surface doesn't slip against his fur so it stays up behind his ears without having to be fiddled with constantly which alone makes it way superior to any cord/leather/metal link option I've encountered before!
    You have been great to deal with - responsive and efficient in delivery, and have every right to be proud of your product and service guys 👏
    I'm not sure if y'all have a Facebook page etc but I would be more than happy for my feedback to be used to support marketing as its genuinely refreshing to find such a quality product/ supplier without buying into mass produced big chain manufactured items to get such great value..

    The slip part of the lead works great as a soft choke chain. Our girl needs pulling in sometimes! that it's flat is a bonus. I can clip on Poop bags so I don't have to hold them. And because of the material, it dries almost instantly - especially good after a swim. So useful as well to be able to pick length.
