    BioThane Collar ... perfect for 'sand-skidders!'

    We purchased a BioThane collar from Shine Pets about a month ago for Goldie, our long-haired Border Collie. Goldie does not believe she has been for a walk if she has not spent at least half an hour racing along the sand after a stick, then skidding to a halt amidst a shower of sand! The BioThane collar is much quicker to clean (de-sand) and dry, than other collars we have used - just a quick rinse under the outside tap and dry with a towel - or leave over a hook to dry in the sun. Goldie has not had problems with matted fur in her thick ruff since we have been able to keep her collar so dry. I would recommend BioThane collars for similar long-haired dogs!

    Nice collar. It will take a bit of time for it to mould to the dog. Loved the collar tag.
