Border Collies

Border Collies are my breed of choice, having had at 5 in my life over the past 16 years.  I was blessed to share half my life with my first Border Collie, Shine, who I got when I was 16 years old.  I then had her daughter Asta join us.  Shine and Asta have since passed over the rainbow bridge, and I now have Ember (tri coloured), Blaze (black/white) and their daughter, Azmin (choc/white).

While we had a litter of Border Collie puppies in February 2020, we no longer have any entire bitches here for breeding.  

We do however have our boy Blaze who is available for stud to approved bitches only, see below for more information.

Border Collies are an amazing breed, very intelligent and highly trainable however they are traditionally bred to work, so anyone signing up for a Border Collie needs to do their research in to the breed to see if they can offer a home that a Border Collie needs.  In the wrong hands, or with insufficient training these amazing dogs can become difficult and have behavioural issues, and can often end up being rehomed once owners realise they have bitten off more than they can chew!
